A couple of Bible verses and thoughts from my flip-calendar from two days in December.
First today's, December 11:
"Do not withhold good from
those to whom it is due,
when it is in your power to do it."

We can feign inability to help;

except ourselves---and our Maker.

And second for December 24:
"For to us a child is born; to us a son is given;
and the government shall be upon his shoulder,
and his name will be called
'Wonderful Counselor,
Mighty God,
Everlasting Father,
Prince of Peace.'"

As the pine tree is evergreen, it reminds us that Your love is everlasting.
