For ten weeks, Dana Wendel, the pastor at our local Nazarene Church, posted the 'Top 10 Reasons Why I Should Go to Church'. One each week. Because it was on a sign board outside of the church for people driving in and out of Clarion to enjoy, he was limited to just a few words.
So here is Wendel's shortened list for church attendance. If we choose not to go to church, it isn't God who loses. It is us:

9. For truth
8. To restore
7. To rejoice
6. For fellowship
5. To worship
4. God commands it
3. For rest
2. To remember
1. Jesus did!
