Happy Endings

"A pastor once told me, 'I do not like to rea a book in which sad things happen. When I must read it, I turn to the last page. When I see that they lived happily ever after, then I can read the whole book because it has a good ending.'

"We must read the Bible in the same way. We tremble when we see what is going to happen before Jesus' return, but if you are afraid, read the last page. There you will see that Jesus has promised to come, and we will see Him face to face.
