Today is Wednesday, December 28th, 2016; Karen's Korner #3467

(Sorry for no Karen's Korner yesterday. Very busy day/evening; starting quickly when I overslept and needed to 'get going'! So look for a Saturday 'korner' to complete my week's 'set of five'!)

As we celebrated the Christmas season, I can't help but think of the word "HOPE"!

Psalm 42:5 says, "Why be discouraged and sad? Hope in God!"

God wants us to hope in Him. But what about how much 'hope' He has in us?

He had 'hope' when he sent His Son into the world; He gave us His love wrapped in a blanket and lying in a manger. He has 'hope' that everyone will return His love and we, in turn, will have the opportunity to walk with Him each day of our lives.

Jesus 'hoped' that we would accept the sacrifice of His Life when He died on the cross to save us from ourselves and our circumstances. And we will be given the gift of spending eternity with Him in heaven.

Bank on the fact that God has 'hope' in us. Our choice is 'hoping in God' and then seeing what happens next!

God provides Christmas for us every day of the year!
