Bible Commentary:  "Eventually everyone must die. When someone we love is facing death, we may become embittered and feel hopeless. But the phrase, 'he does not lightly let them die' means that they (as believers) are precious to God and He carefully chooses the time when they are to be called into His presence. Let this truth provide comfort when you've lost a loved one."
