Today is National Giving Day! We can give money. But we can also give compliments, thank yous, a note, a Christmas card to someone who you wouldn't normally give a card.

Bible Commentary;  "No one should ever think he or she is totally independent and doesn't need help from others, and no one should feel excused from the task of helping. The body of Christ---the universal church---functions only when the members work together for the common good. Is there someone near us who need help in a task of daily living? Is here a Christian brother of sister who needs encouragements? Humbly and gently reach out to that person Any who feel they are too busy to help others take their work far too seriously."
