Bible Commentary:  ""When we feel down, we may find it difficult to give thanks. We need to take heart -- God works all thing out for good if we love Him and are fitting into His plans (Romans 8:28). We are to thank God, not for our problems, but for the strength He is building in us through the difficult experiences of our lives. We can be sure that God's perfect love will see us through."
